How I Can Help
We create absolute safety.
We begin by exploring your relationship with food and your body, with curiosity and without judgement. No diet rules, no “good/bad” foods, no body commentary. Together, we’ll dismantle the lies of diet culture that made you believe you were the problem. This is a space where your body is honored exactly as it is right now.
We uncover and heal the root experiences. We gently reprocess the original events or relationships that taught your nervous system it wasn’t safe to take up space, feel feelings, or trust your body. As those memories lose their charge, the urge to restrict, binge, or purge naturally goes away.
We rebuild intuitive eating and body trust. Once the trauma settles, we slowly and joyfully reintroduce interoceptive awareness, learning to feel hunger, fullness, emotions, and pleasure again without rules or fear.
We build a future where food is neutral. Together, we practice living in a body that feels safe, worthy, and free, until that becomes your new normal.
